Investment Agent 

 Bill joined the Ignite team in 2015 from the self-directed IRA custodian world. Prior to that, Bill brings over 30 years of experience in real estate and securities investing through his numerous executive roles at Fortune 500 companies. Bill earned a PhD from California Coast University in Information Systems where he published a dissertation on “A Revolution in American Banking”. He is originally from Southern California and finds himself there weekly to spend time with family. 

Howard Robbins
Investment Agent 

Howard has been an active team member educating his clients at Ignite for over 5 years. Using his past experience as a financial advisor, he values providing thorough reviews of the market and our borrowers to his clients. Howard also strives to educate on the value of diversification and introduce trust deed investing to those new to real estate investing. In his free time, Howard spends time with his active family and plays golf.

David Hunter
Business Development Executive 

David joined the Ignite team in 2015. Originally from London, England, David has accumulated numerous accolades and accomplishments in the International alternative investment space. Some of his roles include working as a currency broker, investment consultant for a private forestry investment and Co-founder for his own alternative investment business where he grew the company to over $35 million in revenues prior to selling to large conglomerate in 2014. He has resided in Las Vegas for 2 years with his wife and in his spare time maintains his personal trainer license.

L. Rielly Johnson

Business Development Executive 

Rielly joined the Ignite team in 2015. She has over 10 years’ experience working in the mortgage arena specifically in high-end escrow and title recording roles. Rielly has personally invested in real estate for years through rentals in the Las Vegas area. In her spare time she is active in the state Legislature getting supportive programs passed, spending time with her family and exploring the desert.
